Our advanced Techno gym equipment remembers your personal settings to help you achieve exercise utopia and give you a full bodywork out - a bit like a little electronic personal trainer, but without the shouting.

Exercise is a funny thing. Once you get into it, you want to do it all the time. It could be due to our spectacular new gym. Perhaps it's a bit of both.
