If we have any questions what's the best thing to do?

Any questions the best thing to do is to put them all in an email to conference@mghotels.com then the wedding co-ordinator can put an answer to each questions. Then you have all the answers in an email so if you need to go back to anything you can. And you don't have to remember everything; you are more then welcome to email as many questions as you like.

When would you like deposits?

A deposit of £700.00 is required when confirming with a completed booking form. Deposit can be received by credit/debit card, cash or cheque

Can we put bedrooms aside for our wedding guests?

Yes you can, you just need to ask your guests to ring up and quote your name and date?

Please can you confirm whether you have table numbers with stands?

Yes we do; the sands are silver

Once we have paid a deposit what are our next steps?

The next step would be to start to put together your event planner; this is when we put everything that will happen on the day on to paper.

How do menus work?

We would give you a selection of different starters mains and desserts and ask you to choose 2 starters 2 mains and 2 desserts that you would like to choose for your wedding day. Then we would invite you in for a menu taste - this is done any time between Mondays to Thursday. After the menu taste you choose the starter main and dessert you would like to have on your wedding day.

Can we bring our own wine and champagne?

If you wish to bring your own wine we do charge a corkage fee of £10.00 per bottle of wine and £15.00 per bottle of Champagne.

What are the timings for the bar?

To non-residents the bar closes for a private function at 1am last orders being at 12:30am Entertainment is to be finished at 1am. terms and conditions do apply

Are there any discounts for a weekday wedding?

We do have special offers at the Manor Hotel; this can be discussed with the wedding co-ordinator
