The Manor Hotel is situated on historic Datchet's pretty Village green. The hotel is just a two minute stroll from the majestic river Thames and featured in Jerome K Jerome's famous book �Three Men in a Boat'.

Influenced by stories of the legendry king Arthur, Edward III established an order of 26 knights and presided over them at a round table, with a blue garter as their symbol. Even today, membership is regarded as a great honour and the castle remains the �weekend home' of the royal family and still witnesses grand ceremonial and state occasions.
